Ashley was born and raised in the beautiful small town of Blairstown in northwest NewJersey. Ashley was a highly competitive soccer player and her interest in physical
therapy stems from personal experience after an ACL injury at the age of 17 sidelinedher for two years. After three surgeries and extensive physical therapy, Ashley was able
to return to the soccer field in college with a great appreciation for the physical therapyprofession and a newfound career path.

Ashley graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2008 from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology. She
continued her education at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011.
Ashley’s career has been focused on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine serving communities in New Jersey until her move to Florida in 2025.

 

Ashley is a sports-focused physical therapist with years of experience and expertise treating athletes across all
levels, specializing in return-to-play rehabilitation, performance optimization, and individualized care. Ashley is a certified provider of the Graston Technique, Dry Needling certified through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, and a
certified Emergency Medical Responder.

 

Ashley is a sports enthusiast and dedicated fan of the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the New York Giants. When she is not in the clinic, Ashley enjoys working out, shopping, soaking up the sun at the beach and spending time with friends / family and her devoted rescue dog, Lilo.
