About Me:
Sam Chapin joined our team at Functional Performance in April 2024. Sam is a Florida native and was born and raised in Bradenton, FL. She graduated from Keiser University in May 2022 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She played soccer player her entire life. She realized she wanted to make physical therapy her career when she had to attend it for herself from a concussion injury. Sam has a background that includes Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, boating, golfing, spending time with her family and her 2 dogs.
