Do you need Physical Therapy if you are not in pain?

This is a question that we get on a daily basis. Everyday we are asked if Physical Therapy is only necessary for when you are injured.

Physical Therapy is great for patients at any age that want to live a longer and healthier life. We often work with patients who have never been injured, but simply want to improve their muscle strength, mobility, posture, and speed. We also have many patients who have office jobs are are constantly bending over and want to avoid any injuries or pain to their body.

By providing patients with hands-on treatments we are able to prevent future injuries by strengthening certain muscle groups.

We work with many athletes in the are to help them improve their speed and agility while also educating them on their body. Physical Therapy is a great way to help patients avoid injuries, stay fit, and strengthen specific body parts.

So the answer to the question is yes, you should see a Physical Therapist even if you are not in pain.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
